Username Your email address (including the @ portion)
SMTP server Server: smtpauth.fairpoint.net
Port: 25
Do NOT select SSL security
DO select authentication for the outgoing server
IMAP server Server: imap.fairpoint.net
Port: 143
Do NOT select SSL security
POP server Server: pop3.fairpoint.net
Port: 110
Do NOT select SSL security
