If you’ve checked your internet connection and you’re still experiencing email server errors, you can contact Midco customer support.
There are two ways to access your Midco email. Both methods will give you full access to all of your email, including your inbox and sent mail folders. You can log into Webmail from any browser, or you can set up an email program with POP and SMTP.
The email settings and webmail links are listed on this page. Keep in mind that some features, such as changing your email preferences, are only available through the webmail link.
With Midco email, the maximum size of attachments with incoming or outgoing messages is 30 MB (megabytes).
If you need to send larger attachments, try compressing the files first. In Windows, right click the file, select Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
Keep in mind that some spam systems filter out .zip files. Another alternative is to send your files with a cloud service such as iCloud or Dropbox.
If you can’t access your Midco email, there are a few possible reasons why.
First, check to see if you have internet access. You can use the speed test and also check if there is an outage reported.
If you normally check your email with an email client, you should try logging into webmail instead.
The last thing to try is to reset your password.
Midco email only supports POP3.
There’s a two-step process if you want to transfer your Midco email to Gmail. First, you’ll want to do a bulk import of all your emails and contacts. Next, set up Gmail to fetch all any new emails that are received.
In Gmail, click on the gear icon and then click Settings. Follow the prompts to set up the import, using the IMAP email settings listed above.
After you've done the initial import, configure Check email from other accounts, which is in the same settings menu. This will set up Gmail to fetch new emails from your Midco account.
